Overview
A piece I composed inspired by a D&D character. Intended to be an Elvish lament or prayer. Vilya wanders Icewind Dale, in her winter icy Eladrin form. But deeper than that... her essence, her very soul, has taken by the cold, harsh frost. She wishes only but revenge against the one who took her beloved from her, and she will not rest until her quest is complete.
Please note, I'm still working on my home vocal booth set up. Apologies for peaking at points. I'll be rescoring this song in Cubase with my new booth soon.

The Project
Soaring, Dramatic Strings
A collection of soaring, powerful string sections create strong emotion. Driving the piece to tell a story of loss, love and towards the end of the piece, hope. Bringing the listener along on Vilya's emotional journey.
ABOUT
The Personal Touch
Although my collection of stunning choir and vocal libraries continues to expand, I still like to use my own vocals for the right pieces. This was one of those, sung myself in translated Elvish. However my at home booth still needs work so this piece is due to be rescored & rerecorded soon for a more polished sound.
